Invited allows members to initiate any social event they want. Invited members initiate small group events and activities, and we then Invite the most relevant members in our community to join them. From small group hikes to pub trivia to paint and sip classes, you'll get invited to meet up with cool people doing fun things aligned to your interests.

You share information about your preferences, interests, and general vibe. We assemble and invite the most compatible group of people based on key commonalities. You share your feedback about your experience and the people you met. We use it to fine-tune your preferences and future matches.

We keep track of no-shows and last-minute cancelations. While life can happen, to maintain the integrity of the community, we reserve the right to suspend and revoke access to anyone who demonstrates inconsiderate, flakey behavior.

Invited is the brain child of Nicole DeAngelis (former founder of Refrosh) & Starr Wen (former founder of Upfor, Cohort and Ambivert). We share a passion for using technology to make it easy and delightful to build community IRL. Refrosh was based on the idea of recreating the freshman experience, a unique time where it's easier than ever to dive into new experiences, surrounded by people who share your interests. We're based in Austin and met via YC Co-founder Match 🎉
